			<p>“New Work”一词最初可以追溯到社会哲学家弗里斯约夫·伯格曼 (Frithjof Bergmann)，他在 1970 年代末试图建立一个反对泰勒主义对工作流程控制的模型，并批评资本主义社会中的经典价值和行为模式。</p>
